28 May 2009All men want to know what the best chest workout routine is. I’m gonig to tell you that there is not simply one secret workout that will get every guy what he wants. Some guys are looking to lose chest fat while others trying to put on as much mass as humanly possible on their chest. The workout routine is going to vary for each individual depending on the desired results. So naturally you will stick to heavier weight and lower reps if you want to get mass and higher reps with lighter weight and less rest in between sets if you are looking to lean up. I would recommend doing pushups for either the guy trying to get big or the guy trying to lean out the chest.
