Moving Out of the Bedroom
I’m considering moving my business out of my bedroom. It’s starting to grow quite a bit and it seems like with the extra money I’m bringing in, I could probably benefit from getting a separate space for my working life. I know my wife will be happy about this, she has been wanting to reclaim the bedroom for years now, she’s sick of the computer humming away in the background all night.
So, my first step is to find office space for rental. I may be earning a decent amount of money, but nowhere near enough to buy an office outright. Plus, renting will give me the opportunity to try it first. I may find that the commute is just not worth it, but I’ll never know unless I give it a try. My first stop will be the local real estate agent, I won’t be needing a lot of space, because I don’t have any employees, and very little equipment is needed to run my business. Hopefully I’ll be able to find something at a decent price with a bit of a view.

If you are interested in an online business the key getting people to find your site so you have the opportunity to sell to them. If a potential customer does not visit your sight then there is absolutely no way you will be able to trade their money for your product or service. It is the same as advertising with a brick and mortar store. The public will not visit a store unless they know about it or happen to drive or walk past. Some how a business owner bust get the work out about his or her offerings so people are interested in coming in to look around.
With a making money online business opportunity it is imperative that people who are looking around can find your website and take a look to see if what you have is what they want. If they don’t visit, there is no way you will ever make a sale to them.

Attraction Marketing
Times have changed and so has the way we do business. It used to be that we’d go to a store and a sales person would follow us around and ask us every few minutes if they can help us, or they’d shove something in our faces and tell us we have to buy it. Well, that’s all changed thanks to a little thing known as Attraction Marketing.
Businesses both offline and especially online have learned that it pays to make your customer’s experience a fantastic one. They know that it’s better to lead than to become a pushy salesperson. They know that it’s better to find out what the customers really want and then help them with their true needs by sharing what they know, rather than trying to push their product in that customer’s face.
That of course is what Attraction Marketing is all about. Attract the customer’s attention and you’ll more than likely get a sale! Push that customer’s buttons and you might as well kiss your business goodbye.
A great book on Attraction Marketing is Magnetic Sponsoring by Mike Dillard. You can order it online at the MLM Training Report.

Magnetic Sponsoring and Multi-level Marketing
If you are confused by the entire business market craze to get rich and all of its programs, you’re not alone. Many people have no idea where to even begin. One of the earliest programs in the business market is multi-level marketing also known as MLM.
MLM’s popularity took the online business world by storm with its idea of selling a product through a mulit-level program. For example, say Joe had a company, which sold candy bars, he offered a percentage of the profit to those who signed up and sold his candy bars for him. And if those same sellers signed up more people underneath them, they’d get a bigger profit. The bad news is, many people assume that MLM is a scam because it is similar to a pyramid scheme.
If you are unfamiliar with what a pyramid scheme is, where an individual claiming to be a company asks for a huge amount of money upfront and tells you that you will make that money back as well as an interest rate from it. He or she then tells you to sign up others below you and ask them to invest in the same amount of money and send it to you. Then, he or she recruits another victim in this scheme and asks them to send the same amount of money. While this type of scheme may seem innocent enough, a lot of times, the investor never sees their money.
While Multi-level marketing does have a similar structure, MLM offers a product for you to sell with your investment. Once you’ve sold that particular product, you make back the price you purchased it for as well as a certain extra percentage. While MLM is still considered to be legal, the pyramid scheme is not. Still, those who are familiar with the pyramid scheme will usually avoid an MLM program.
Recently, rumors began that a program known as Magnetic Sponsoring was also a similar pyramid scheme. This is simply untrue. What Magnetic Sponsoring is, is a program that shows you how to attract leads for your business. From those leads you can make extra income and if those same leads sign up, they can make extra income.
They don’t ask you for thousands of dollars in return for a product you must sell to make your return from. Instead, they offer you a guide to allow you to become a leader and attract potential clients and customers to your business. Don’t let those afraid of making their dreams come true fool you. If you do, you might just miss out on the best idea yet in the online business market.

Network Marketing Recruiting VS Selling
Many people will tell you that recruiting for your MLM business is just selling the opportunity. This is the absolute wrong way to look at the business. Selling is a one off thing that results in an ending goal. Once you have sold the product or service and money has exchanged hands you move on to the next without another thought.
In recruiting, getting the person to sign up is not the end of the game. The signature is just the start of a relationship that will go on for years if you plan to build an effective organization. Network marketing lead recruiting is only the first step in a continual process of training and growth.
If you think getting people to join your organization is the goal then you will never build a money making machine. Instead, view recruiting as only the first step in a process of training and coaching that will teach that person how to build a business for both of you.
