Exercises for Volleyball

Volleyball is my number one passion in life and simple training can make a huge difference on your level of play.  It is simple to become a better volleyball player by learning the basics instead of trying to play without ever taking a couple hours aside to learn the fundamentals.  I’ve known many people that play volleyball every week and they are horrible, they never get better and every hit is illegal because they never learned the proper way to play.  Doing plyometric exercises for volleyball will allow you to jump higher than any of your competitors and give you the advantage in every game you play.  You still need to work on your passing and setting, especially if you are just playing 2 on 2 at the beach.
