Gamma brainwaves are some of the fastest and best brainwave frequencies to have inside of your head.  They have been proven to improve spelling and math skills, as well as improve our senses.  When gamma brain waves increase inside our head, we are able to have a better sense of smell than we would if we had less gamma brainwaves.  The reason I’m saying that gamma brainwaves are not grandma brainwaves is due to the fact that they are not associated with aging and slowness.  In fact, gamma brainwaves are found in people that are healthy and have powerful minds.  Usually, people that are able to meditate have a lot of gamma activity going on inside of their head.  If you do not know much about what gamma brainwaves can do for you, then you should definitely do more reading on the topic of brainwaves.
