4 Mar 2010Spots. Zits. Acne. There are so many different words for the blemishes that come up on your face but they all give you the same, low feeling that comes with weak self esteem. You can try as hard as you like, you will never be able to keep your head held completely high when you have a face full of spots. So what can you do about it? You can either run and hide until your spots have cleared up (this could take years if you are going through puberty). Or you could do something about it. And thats where the ultimate whitehead removal system comes in.
A whitehead is a puss filled pore that has reacted to the oil and the dirt that has become trapped in this pore. In order to remove it, you can leave it alone or you can encourage it to go. Now we do not advocate picking so this should only be used in an emergency such as a wedding or big event. Remove the top of the whitehead gently with a pair of tweezers and get a tissue. Use the tissue to collect the puss as you put pressure on either side of the spot. Once all the puss has been removed, cleanse the area with a wash or antiseptic liquid. This should reduce the swelling and redness.
If you want to know how to remove blackheads then there are two ways. The quick way and the long way. The long way involves using an exfoliant which will scrub out the dirt in your pores but will take a little while to get it all out (usually a few weeks). The quick way involves steaming your face to open your pores and putting a blackhead removal strip across your nose. Once it has dried, pull! It should bring out all the blackheads with it but be warned, it should NOT be used on whiteheads.
